Woman On A Journey was created as a faith-filled space for women who are tired of performing and ready to surrender. This is where we have H.O.T. conversations, return to biblical truth, and allow God to restore our heart posture from the inside out. No makeup, no lies, just open hearts ready to receive.
My Story
God met me in the midst of doing, carrying, and becoming
Like many women, I know what it feels like to carry a lot.
To be strong.
To show up.
To nurture.
To lead & be a part of leadership.
To not address the emotions on my shoulder.
To be the exhausted mom.
To be the single married woman..........
To wear many hats and still feel the burning ache for more of God in the middle of it what I felt like organized chaos spoke volumes to me.

There have been seasons in my life where I was doing "what needed to be done", but deep within, God was calling me into something deeper than performance. Deeper than numbing the feels and going through life like it’s a mundane task.He was after my heart. Like David being a man after God’s own heart, He wanted mine, but differently this time. He was inviting me into a place of honesty, surrender, healing, and intimacy that could not be built on appearances alone.
Woman On A Journey was born out of that place.

It was born from the understanding that many women love God deeply, but still feel emotionally tired, spiritually stretched, and in need of a safe place to be honest. A place where they do not have to pretend. A place where truth and love can meet. A place where God’s Word is not just heard, but lived.
​
This ministry is a reflection of my own journey with God—one that continues to teach me that intimacy with Him is not built through striving, but through surrender. Not through perfect presentation, but through yielded presence.

God was not asking me to do more. He was asking for more of my heart so I can steward the cabin well.
Why Woman On A Journey Exists
Woman On A Journey exists to help women stop performing and start surrendering.

This is a space for women who love God or seeking Him and need someone to walk with them, care for others, and often carry more than they say out loud. Through H.O.T. conversations, biblical truth, and faith-rooted community, WOAJ helps women come back to the heart posture God is after.

We believe God is after the inward place where surrender, intimacy, and obedience meet.
We believe women do not have to hide to be loved by God.
We believe healing is strengthened in safe spaces where women can be honest and known
